XenoPort’s first product has been approved in both the United States and Japan. It is known as Horizant® (gabapentin enacarbil) Extended-Release Tablets in the United States and as Regnite® (gabapentin enacarbil) Extended-Release Tablets in Japan. Astellas Pharma Inc. holds all development and commercialization rights to Regnite in Japan and five other Asian countries. XenoPort holds all other world-wide rights to gabapentin enacarbil in all regions of the world outside of the Astellas territory.
