We are a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing a portfolio of internally discovered product candidates for the potential treatment of neurological disorders. In April 2011, the FDA approved our first product, Horizant™ (gabapentin enacarbil) Extended-Release Tablets. Our collaborator, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), is currently promoting Horizant in the United States. We are also developing gabapentin enacarbil with Astellas Pharma Inc. in Japan and five Asian countries. XenoPort’s product candidates are being developed for the potential treatment of neuropathic pain, spasticity and Parkinson’s disease.
